My Opinion about Korean Food

 I cooked nine Korean foods. Define the topic of blog post, I experienced a lot of trouble. I have thought about Korean food. I believe that rather than indicating the cooking method, this statement is important.



Globalization of Korea food is difficult.

 First, we do not eat more than you think Korea food. What was your lunch menu today? What you ate last night? Frankly I had a chicken last night. And today's lunch menu was Ramen. Korean food is a meal of rice center. According to recent news, South Korea's rice consumption is declining. At first wonder, but now I understand. Also in my case, I do not eat only one meal a day. So when selecting a topic, Korean did not think well. I think the only pork cutlet, pasta, etc. I realized that I do not know Korea foods. This will be not only my problem. We should admit that we are not familiar with Korea food.
 Second, it is complicated to make the Korea food. For example, seems easier to make Japchae. But it took more than an hour. I made ​​as simple as possible. In my opinion, the globalization of food must be eaten quickly and easily created like Sushi and Pizza. However, it takes time to make
the Korea food.


 It is necessary to work in order to globalization Korea foods. First, it is important for the understanding of Korea foods. According to my experience, foreign food, Korea food was confusing. For example, I realized later that I made from Doenjang Jjigae, that is similar Miso soup of Japan. I was relieved to know a difference. Another example, I was thinking about to Tonkatsu. It was Japanese food. And there is what is ready-to-eat also in the Korea foods. We need to develop it.

Stir-fried Spicy Pork

Hello! Today dish is stir-fried spicy pork. The most important aspect of this dish is the Gochujang. It is a savory and pungent fermented Korean condiment made from red chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans and salt. It is a seasoning on behalf of Korea along with the soy sauce. Stir-fried spicy pork is a popular dish for a long time. Other side dish is not needed if there is stir-fried spicy pork.

 Site of pork, using the meat of front legs. There is a chewy meat forefoot. And It is very cheap. Other materials, some onions and Gochujang, plum liquid, mushrooms. Plum liquid can remove the smell of meat.
Now I'll start cooking!

2. I mix the meat of this sauce. Our meat is marinated. And I also put onions cut into not forget. Put a lot of onions is delicious.

3. We put the marinated meat in the refrigerator for 10~30 minutes. This is to mature the meat. Why maturing the meat? It is matured meat more tender.

4. After a period of time, put the mushrooms and fry on fire.

Doenjang Jjigae


Hello! Today dish is Doenjang Jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew). Often Doenjang of Korea, Miso of Japan is confused. However, fermentation bacteria are different these two things. However, the common point of both is a good for healthy. Doenjang is known to be good for the anti-cancer effects. But Doenjang Jjigae is very salty. So you should not expect a health food. In addition, Korean food, there is a difference in the Jjigae and Gug. More water enters the Gug. So, Gug is not salty food. It is food that is easy to eat in the morning. But Jjigae use more attention to other materials. It comes out pot still. Several people eat together on one pot. In contrast, Gug emerges a personal plate. Anyway, I prefer Jjiage. It is delicious. So, I cooked a Jjigae rather than a Gug.


Now I’ll introduce material.

The most important is Doenjang. In the past, made a Doenjang, but I bought instant Doenjang at the supermarket. And we need oyster mushrooms and a green pumpkin. And we prepare the dried shrimp and anchovies.

Now, I’ll start cooking.

3. Put the Doenjang!

Gamja Jeon


 Today dish is Gamja (potato) Jeon. Jeon is similar to pancakes. Especially, it is a food recall on a rainy day. There are many kinds of Jeon. This name is different depending on the material. For example, Kimchi Jeon, green onion (fa) Jeon, Gamja Jeon and so on. The delicious even if I put the material you want to include Jeon. My favorite Jeon is Gamja Jeon and Kimchi Jeon. I do make Gamja Jeon easily. Gamja Jeon is a traditional food of Gangwon-do. Potato is produced a lot of Gangwon-do. So, in Gangwon-do, dishes made with potatoes in many cases.

3.     Help me cut smaller onions.

7.     Gamja Jeon, it was completed.
 

Gamja Jeon is the Jjeondeuk (It has not been described in other words. It is only Jjondeuk can be explained. In short, Jjeondeuk means chewing taste.). 
Additionally, I will try to introduce you to marinade. Most people Jeon dipped into the sauce.
 Today will introduce for the vinegar soy sauce. Vinegar soy sauce matches well with the Gamja Jeon. Put a little bit of vinegar to soy sauce. Put here a little chili powder. When I put sliced red pepper, it is good to see.

Stir-Fried Mushroom and Pumpkin

Hello! Today dish is stir-fried oyster mushroom and green pumpkin. You do not like oyster mushrooms and green pumpkins? Do not worry! In the past I did not like. But, I like this food very much. Now, I know this taste. This food is really basic side dish. Today, I will introduce some of the Korea side dishes too.
First I’ll introduce materials.

The materials onion, green pumpkin and oyster mushrooms are all. If pickled shrimps is good too. But, I cannot put the pickled shrimp. Pumpkin and pickled shrimp combination is good.



I’ll start cooking!
1.     Cut the green pumpkin in half-moon shape.

3.     put together green pumpkin and oyster mushrooms, and onions. And I fry over medium heat. Do not forget! You should put a little salt.

1.     Seasoned Spinach
 do not like spinach as a kid, but now my favorite food. Spinach is good for eye health. And anemia should also be effective. Cooking method is also very simple. After boiled spinach and seasoned with chopped garlic and salt and sesame oil.

2.     Seasoned Lettuce

 It is a lot of dishes to eat in the summerAfter Wash the lettuce and seasoned with soy sauce. The delicious even if you put the acorn agar of seasoned lettuce. But, I hate acorn agar. It tastes bitter. Recent lettuce is popular as a diet food.

3.     Seasoned Leek

 It is a food that my mother does best. It is a simple and delicious side dish. We cut to 5~ 8cm leeks. Leek is seasoned with soy sauce and pepper powder. Seasoned leek put a cucumber in delicious.
